We invest heavily in all employees by delivering a high quality induction training which meets the requirements of Skills for Care.

The training package focuses on the complexities of the people we support and provides employees with the skills and knowledge base to deliver personalised services.

We also engage the individuals we support and their families/carers in the recruitment and selection process to ensure our employees have the values, skills and attitudes we are looking for and to ensure compatibility between our new recruits and the people we support.
